Shipped to You

Place your order at least 7 days in advance of your requested receive date for individual case shipments by fedex, and at least 14 days in advance for larger orders for delivery by frozen freight carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery availability for orders placed less than 7 days in advance.

All per case orders online are booked as a Fedex guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM local time. Please note that Fedex does not delivery priority overnight on Mondays or Sundays. Your receive date must be on a Tuesday-Friday, and by noon in most areas on Saturdays. So plan ahead when placing your order!

Ice and Easy ice balls are packaged to stay frozen for 12-24 hours, but since the items are shipped to you the evening prior to arrival, you should place the cases in a freezer immediately upon arrival to avoid risk of melting.

Most of the items in this store are of the size that can be held in most home freezers and we strongly recommend that you order in advance of your planned use date, ensuring that there will be adequte time to receive a replacement should the shipment arrive damaged.

Note: For larger quantity case orders to commercial venues with loading dock and walk-in freezer, Order at least 10 days prior to your event date for potentially significant shipping savings if your destination can be served via frozen freight carrier from our plant location. If it's a better alternative than FEDEX, we will notify you and refund the difference that was originally calculated for fedex when you placed your order.
