All items ordered from the iceandeasy.com store are shipped overnight for delivery before 10:30am. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE HOME TO RECEIVE THIS DELIVERY SO THAT THE PRODUCT CAN BE IMMEDIATELY BE INSPECTED AND PLACED INTO A FREEZER UNTIL USE. We cannot be responsible for any damage that is not reported on the day of arrival.

Our unique packaging will keep ice frozen for up to 24 hours depending on external temperatures, but remember that your order was shipped afternoon prior to arrival, so the clock began ticking then!

Tips for Enjoying and Serving ICE BALLS:

What you need to know to be sure your Ice and Easy Ice Balls will be the hit of the event.

• Keep the iceballs sealed in the insulated box until just a few minutes prior to serving.
• To avoid cracking, please be sure to allow the ice to "temper" or adjust to room temperature for about 5 minutes before use or before placing in liquid. You will know when the ice is tempered when the frost that existed when you took it out of the box or the freezer begins to melt away, revealing clear ice.

Ideally all liquids are pre-chilled to an icy cold temperature to reduce initial melting and cracking and to ensure a longer lasting cocktail experience.
