Ice Caters® has gone to great lengths to develop packaging and delivery procedures to ensure that your ice creation arrives in frozen perfection!Place your order at least 48 hours before your selected arrival date to ensure availability and confirm delivery/shipping options. For best volume pricing and FREE FREEZER DROP DELIVERY with a minimum order for your location, please order at least 3 weeks in advance.
Weekday and Weekend/Holiday Special Delivery is available in our local delivery areas. Shipping via UPS is available for certain individual case items for arrival only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday only. Shipping is NOT available for items requested for Monday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

When selecting Ice Caters® items for next day shipping via UPS, please note that charges are estimated on a per item basis. You may find that special direct delivery (if available for your location) will be much less expensive.
Special Direct Delivery
When selecting Ice Caters® items for special direct local delivery (where available) the flat rate fee applies to as many items as you order for delivery to a single location at the same time. This service is provided by a licensed Ice Caters distributor or their authorized delivery service direct from the local distributors freezer to the location you specify. This is the preferred and recommended method for delivery of all Ice Caters® products because it ensures the safest and most timely arrival of your order. The rate varies depending on your distance from the distributor location. Fifty miles or less is generally considered the local delivery area, and fifty to 100 miles is considered the "extended" area charge. For Special Direct delivery rates to locations beyond 100 miles of a local distributor, please call Ice Caters® customer care at 888-464-3838 for options and rate quotes. For customers outside of current local delivery areas, we recommend planning ahead to receive your products in advance to hold in a commercial freezer. FREE delivery is available with minimum orders beginning at $1500.
